How IV Digital Pro collects, uses and protects information on this website. Written in plain English rather than legal padding.
Who we are
IV Digital Pro is a web design and digital growth agency operating the website at ivdigital.pro. The data controller is Ay End Dzhi Partners OOD (in Bulgarian: „Ай Енд Джи Партнърс“ ООД), a company registered in Bulgaria with UIC 207542386 and its registered office at 6 Mitropolitska Street, Nesebar, Bulgaria. In this policy, "we" and "us" refer to IV Digital Pro, and "you" refers to a visitor to this website.
What we collect
We collect only what we need, and only in two situations.
- When you contact us. The enquiry form asks for your name, business name, email address, phone number, country, the service you are interested in, your budget range and your project details. Only your name, email address, chosen service and project details are required.
- When you browse. If you accept statistics cookies, Google Analytics records usage data such as pages visited, approximate location, device type, browser and referring source. If you accept marketing cookies, the Meta Pixel records page visits and form submissions so that we can measure our Facebook and Instagram ads. Neither runs until you give consent in the cookie banner.
Why we collect it
Enquiry data is used solely to respond to you, prepare a proposal and, if we work together, deliver the project. Analytics data is used to understand which pages are useful and where the site can be improved. Meta Pixel data is used to measure whether our Facebook and Instagram ads bring enquiries and to show our ads to people who have visited the site. Analytics and Meta Pixel data are processed only on the basis of your consent, which you can withdraw at any time. We do not sell, rent or trade personal data to anyone, in any circumstances.
Cookies
When you first visit the site, a cookie banner asks for your consent. Cookies fall into three groups:
- Necessary — make the site work and remember your cookie choice. These are always on.
- Statistics — Google Analytics, which helps us understand how the site is used.
- Marketing — the Meta Pixel, which measures our Facebook and Instagram ads.
Statistics and marketing cookies, and the scripts that set them, load only after you accept them. You can accept all, deny all or choose categories, and change or withdraw your consent at any time through the Cookie settings link at the bottom of every page. The full list of cookies, with their lifetimes, is in our Cookie Policy. You can also block or delete cookies in your browser without losing access to the site.
The Google “Add as a preferred source” button at the bottom of the pages is loaded from Google (news.google.com) when you scroll to it. If you use it, Google stores your choice in your Google account under its own privacy policy.
Third parties with access to data
A small number of services process data on our behalf, each under their own privacy terms:
- Google Analytics (Google Ireland Limited) — website usage statistics, only with your consent.
- Meta Pixel (Meta Platforms Ireland Limited) — measurement of our Facebook and Instagram ads, only with your consent.
- Google preferred-source button (Google) — loaded when you scroll to it, as described above.
- Our web host — server logs and site hosting.
- Our email provider — delivery of enquiry notifications and our replies.
Google and Meta may transfer this data to the United States under the EU–US Data Privacy Framework. Apart from the consent-based measurement described above, we do not share your information with advertisers or data brokers.
How long we keep it
Enquiries are retained for up to twenty-four months so that we have context if you come back to us, then deleted. If we work together, project records are kept for as long as is necessary for our legitimate business and accounting obligations. Analytics data is retained according to the retention period configured in Google Analytics. Cookie lifetimes are listed in the Cookie Policy.
Your rights
You can ask us to confirm what personal data we hold about you, provide a copy of it, correct anything inaccurate, or delete it entirely. You can also object to processing or ask us to restrict it. Contact us through the enquiry form and we will respond within thirty days. If you are in the EEA or UK you also have the right to complain to your local data protection authority.
Security
This site is served over an encrypted HTTPS connection. Access to enquiry data is limited to the people who need it to reply to you. No system is perfectly secure, but we take reasonable and proportionate measures to protect what we hold.
Children
This website is intended for business users and is not directed at children. We do not knowingly collect personal data from anyone under sixteen.
Changes to this policy
If this policy changes materially we will update this page and revise the date below. Continued use of the site after a change constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
